• Clinical record system. Bring provider evidence with its external record ID, clinical system, provider and revision. Treat verification as a separate decision before attestation.
• Provider availability. Confirm the provider’s available scope before a care request is marked Scheduled. Keep the confirmation with the request as an attachment or in the provider handoff record.
• Platform identity. Link each team members record to a Users identity and its practice organization before assigning work.

Agree the source of truth, authentication and failure path for each connection. Retain an external reference only when that operation used an outside system. Use the operation key and expected revision to reconcile a response before retrying. The operation receipt process shows the handoff.
