It keeps the group name, departure and return dates, participant count and a leader selected from people records. Services can be linked to that group.

Pilgrim services records Accommodation, Meal, Transport and Visit arrangements with a service date, provider and confirmed quantity.

Dispatcher reviews the customer, origin, destination, planned dates, vehicle and driver before approving a requested trip and scheduling its ordered stops.

Pilgrimage Group Calendar shows group travel dates. Trip Schedule shows planned start and end for approved and active journeys.

Driver records actual trip start and end and actual arrival and departure on ordered trip stops.

Transport documents keeps a file with its trip, document type and a person selected as verifier.

Delivery evidence keeps the trip, recipient, delivery date, proof attachment and Pending, Confirmed or Disputed status.

Operations Manager reviews trip charge lines with the journey and delivery context, then reviews charge lines authorized by the delivery confirmation. The invoiced state records the later billing handoff.

Agree separate provider booking and billing connections during setup. Group services store the arrangement details; trip charges store the line and lifecycle state for reconciliation.
