Rehearse actual departure and stop entries, then capture recipient evidence at the end of the journey. Operations Manager should compare the completed route and delivery entry with an authorized charge before invoicing. Check the group calendar, trip board and charge views with the people who will use them. Agree provider booking, communication and billing handoffs for the operating team.
