How a Placement Cell Management rollout works

Pilot one course cohort and drive with reviewable learner outcomes.

  1. Agree ownership

Name the Education Administrator for enrollment approval, Instructor for course delivery, Academic Reviewer for results, Placement Coordinator for application preparation, and Application Reviewer for outcomes.

  2. Map source records

Reconcile learner numbers, course codes, instructor identities and enrollment references. Check that drives point to the intended enrollment and applications to the intended learner and drive.

  3. Configure a bounded pilot

Choose one course, its sessions, a learner cohort and one employer drive. Include fees only when the Finance Officer has a confirmed payment source.

  4. Rehearse refusals

Test full capacity, repeated activation, duplicate drive identity, duplicate learner-drive application, score above maximum and skipped application status.

  5. Review and release

Compare saved records with their source, inspect each role's access and obtain the named owners' acceptance before extending the next cycle.

What the customer provides

  • Learner identifiers, current learner states and course enrollment history.
  • Course codes, capacity, instructor mapping, delivery windows and class sessions.
  • Assessment maxima, current results and attendance correction policy.
  • Employer opportunities, eligibility criteria and application decision procedure.
  • Fee obligations and confirmed paid amounts when finance is included.

Changing it afterwards

Use Proto to prepare a change for owner review. Recheck references, permissions, reports and the relevant refusal cases before releasing it. Keep earlier enrollment and application decisions attached to their original learner and course or drive.
