A career center may coordinate an employer drive while another team owns teaching. The saved learner, course and enrollment links give the placement staff enough context to understand the cohort. The drive's criteria, date and role make the opportunity specific; each student application records a separate outcome for one learner.
Select a current course cohort and an upcoming employer drive. Confirm that the selected enrollment points to the intended learner and course. Enter a drive, then repeat the same employer, role and date to make sure the new capture is refused and the original opportunity can be reviewed. Prepare an application from a learner with an existing record and check that the date is sensible for the drive.
Ask the Application Reviewer to work the candidacy from Applied to Eligible and Interview. Try a direct jump to Offered; the transition should be refused. Continue to a valid offer and acceptance, then review the application decision board for the actual saved state. Include a rejection example so the team agrees where its supporting reason is retained during daily review.
