Start with one course and one upcoming drive. Check existing learner identities and course codes, then load or review the current enrollments. Rehearse a request near capacity so the administrator can explain why a place is accepted or refused. Have the Instructor confirm the course sessions and a sample attendance entry. Then capture a drive tied to the intended enrollment and submit one learner application.
Walk the application to Accepted, and try a second learner whose application is Rejected with a recorded reason under the institution's review procedure. Confirm that both remain attached to the correct drive. The placement team can use the application decision board and drive report to discuss outcomes without treating a course completion state as an employer acceptance.
