   • Move Applied to Eligible when criteria are met
   • Updates Student applications, Recruitment drives, Learners
   ApprovalA person approves before the work moves on.

2. Record interview Application Reviewer

   Application Reviewer advances Eligible to Interview after the interview step is complete.

   • Move Eligible to Interview
   • Updates Student applications

3. Record offer Application Reviewer

   Application Reviewer checks the preceding state before advancing Interview to Offered.

   • Move Interview to Offered
   • Updates Student applications

4. Decide application Application Reviewer

   Application Reviewer records Accepted after an offer is accepted, or uses the reasoned Rejected branch.

   • Record Accepted or reasoned Rejected
   • Updates Student applications, Recruitment drives
   ApprovalA person approves before the work moves on.
