Learning outcome review

Step by step

1. Record attendance Instructor

   Instructor selects a delivered class session and learner, then records Present, Absent or Excused once for that pair.

   • Save one outcome for the session and learner
   • Updates Attendance, Class sessions, Learners

2. Grade assessment Instructor

   Instructor checks the result's learner and assessment, validates the score against the maximum, and changes Submitted to Graded.

   • Validate score and mark Graded
   • Updates Assessment results, Assessments

3. Review outcome Academic Reviewer

   Academic Reviewer examines the graded result and confirms Reviewed.

   • Confirm a graded result as Reviewed
   • Updates Assessment results, Assessments, Learners
   ApprovalA person approves before the work moves on.

4. Complete enrollment Education Administrator

   Education Administrator checks the reviewed outcome and eligible Active enrollment before recording Completed.

   • Complete an eligible Active enrollment
   • Updates Enrollments, Learners

Instructor

Records and grades; Academic Reviewer confirms results; Education Administrator controls enrollment completion.
