How a Plantation Management rollout works

Start with one field cycle and rehearse the work through harvest review.

  1. Map fields

Agree field codes, area, location and status with the people who manage the land. Add plantation blocks with variety, planting year and tree count.

  2. Set the current cycle

Record a crop, variety, planting date and expected harvest for a pilot field. Check the field and block references.

  3. Assign work and stock

Link active People to users, load the relevant input lots and plan tasks for the pilot cycle.

  4. Rehearse field activity

Review approval, application quantity, lot attribution, observation capture and task completion with the people responsible.

  5. Review harvest

Capture a block round and crop harvest, identify the accepting person, compare units and close the cycle after open work is resolved.

What the customer provides

Provide the field map and codes, current planting details, staff directory, open tasks, input lot balances and recent harvest measurements. Name the person responsible for field status, task approval, stock reconciliation and harvest acceptance. Agree the unit conventions used for input application, block weight and crop quantity.

Changing it afterwards

Review field and block corrections before changing references used by tasks or harvests. When a lot quantity or harvest value needs correction, keep the original source measurement available for the reviewer. Expand to more fields after the pilot team can reconcile the selected cycle from planting through yield review.
