Tree crop estates
A tree crop estate can use field records for its operating areas and plantation blocks for the plantings within them. Variety, planting year and tree count distinguish blocks that share a location but have different histories. Harvest rounds keep date, weight, grade and crew lead with the selected block. The manager can compare each block's accumulated weight without losing the crop cycle's field-level view.
How Plantation Management is set up for you
Planting history
Keep block variety and planting year beside the field so a later round can be attributed to the right planting.
Crew responsibility
Field Operator selects a People record for each round's crew lead and reviews the date and grade with that person.
Field status
Resolve Restricted field status before a block or harvest round is captured.
Crop outlook
Use crop-cycle dates and statuses to coordinate task due dates and harvest attention.

Choose one estate area with a reliable field map. Enter its fields and blocks, then review the planting details with the people who know the ground. Add one current crop cycle and a small set of field tasks. Capture a round on a known block and check its weight against the source measurement. Compare the block total with the crop harvest quantity only after the team agrees which records cover the same produce and unit.
The first review should expose ambiguous field names, inconsistent varieties and missing staff links. Settle those before importing older rounds. An agronomy reviewer can check unusual tree counts or planting years, while the plantation manager owns field status and cycle closure. Keep the source of each physical measurement available to the people who approve corrections.
