Integrations

Decide where maps, measurements and financial records enter the plantation process.

  • Field maps

  • Stock systems

Systems to connect

  • Field maps. Agree how the estate’s map and field codes are reconciled with Fields and plantation blocks during import.
  • Measurement devices. Define how observed values and measured harvest weights reach field observations and harvest rounds with the right date and unit.
  • Stock systems. If stock is held in another system, agree which balance is authoritative before reconciling input stocks and input usage.
  • Finance or purchasing. Use a separate connection if input purchases or crop sales must enter accounting; the plantation records here cover lots, application and harvest activity.

How connections are governed

Assign an owner to each source and decide how often values are reviewed. Keep field codes, stock lot numbers, units and staff identities consistent at the boundary. Test an incorrect field, duplicate application and changed measurement during the pilot. The plantation manager approves operational corrections; the owner of an external system remains responsible for its own records.
