2. Check the field Field Operator

   Field Operator confirms the parent field is not Restricted and that the round belongs to the selected block.

   • Review operating status

3. Capture the round Field Operator

   Field Operator records harvest date, weight in kilograms, grade and the named Crew Lead.

   • Attribute weight and lead
   • Updates Harvest rounds, Plantation blocks, People

4. Review attribution Agronomy Reviewer

   Agronomy Reviewer compares the block's variety and planting year with the round and checks any unexpected weight.

   • Check planting context
   • Updates Harvest rounds, Plantation blocks

5. Compare block results Plantation Manager

   Plantation Manager reviews the block's round count and total weight across harvest dates.

   • Review accumulated weight
   • Updates Plantation blocks, Harvest rounds
