   Harvest Reviewer checks the linked field, crop and status and compares the harvest values with the field team's evidence.

3. Review harvest Harvest Reviewer

   Harvest Reviewer accepts the entry by recording the accepting person.

   • Identify the accepting person

   ApprovalA person approves before the work moves on.

4. Review open work Plantation Manager

   Plantation Manager checks field tasks for that cycle and resolves unfinished work before closure.

   • Resolve outstanding field activity
   • Updates Field tasks, Crop cycles

5. Close cycle Plantation Manager

   Plantation Manager records actual harvest date, moves Harvesting to Closed only after every linked field task is resolved and compares accepted quantity and yield per hectare.
