Step by step

1. Register field and block Plantation Manager

   Plantation Manager confirms the field code, area, location and status, then links each planted block with its variety, planting year and tree count. Agronomy Reviewer checks unusual planting details.

2. Plan crop cycle Plantation Manager

   Plantation Manager records crop, variety, field and expected harvest date. The cycle begins Planned and acquires its planting date as field work starts.

3. Plant and monitor Plantation Manager

   Field Operator records work and observations. Plantation Manager moves the cycle through Planted and Growing as the plantation progresses.

4. Capture harvest Field Operator

   Field Operator records block rounds with a named Crew Lead and crop harvest quantities against the cycle. These records use their own units and scope.

5. Review harvest Harvest Reviewer

   Harvest Reviewer checks the cycle and crop harvest values and records the accepting person.

   ApprovalA person approves before the work moves on.

6. Close cycle and compare yield Plantation Manager

   Plantation Manager checks remaining tasks and the actual harvest date, then moves Harvesting to Closed after every linked task is resolved and reviews accepted quantity and yield per hectare.
