Who it's for

Creative studios

A creative studio can keep concept work, client feedback and delivery decisions on one engagement. The project carries the client and its promised date; packages divide the creative work; milestones mark the points when a design direction needs review. A Delivery Lead can trace an overdue concept back to the responsible Designer and the client project.

How Agencies PM is set up for you

Plan concept work

Link the organization and project, then give each visual direction a package, task owner and due date.

Review a checkpoint

Record the creative milestone as Met or Missed after the Project Manager checks the work.

Handle a change

Add client feedback as a revision request with severity; follow the triage receipt before assigning more work.

Trace the decision

Keep design UR ls in attachments and record the subject and outcome of a deliverable review.

A creative studio can keep concept work, client feedback and delivery decisions on one engagement. The project carries the client and its promised date; packages divide the creative work; milestones mark the points when a design direction needs review. A Delivery Lead can trace an overdue concept back to the responsible Designer and the client project.

A practical example is a design checkpoint, a revision request and the task that completes it. For a brand identity engagement, the first concept is due Friday. The Designer moves the assigned task to in review, but a client requests a new color direction. The Studio Contributor records the request on the same project; triage moves a valid Open request to Triaged. The Project Manager can inspect the concept milestone, feedback and task together before telling the client what changes. A late milestone enters the delivery exception queue with a route to its owner.

Start with one active design engagement and a named Project Manager. Add its client organization, creative package, assigned concept task and dated milestone. Rehearse a request with severity, then one without it, and inspect both operation receipts. Check a linked design attachment and a review decision against the intended project. Compare assigned estimates with the Designer’s weekly capacity before committing another concept date.
