Project context:
Clients contractors, construction projects and trades crew establish the site, organization and responsible people.
Site plan:
Work packages and site tasks carry scope, dates, assignment, progress and labour estimates.
Site exceptions:
Site milestones, RF is site issues and construction risks hold due checkpoints, questions and mitigation.
Labour:

Keys and references
Keep each project code, package code, task key and issue key stable through import. Resolve the organization and crew references before loading projects. Resolve a project’s packages before tasks; link timesheets to the intended project and optional task. Inspection evidence uses a parent type and text identifier, so check both against the source record. A review subject reference needs the correct subject type and related project.
A person in trades crew is a working resource. A Users entry is an account with a role and access status. Match identities deliberately when configuring personal work lists and permissions. Do not assume the two records are the same solely because a name matches.
Migration order
- Load clients contractors, trades crew and Users with stable identities and agreed access.
- Load construction projects with organization and project-manager references.
- Load work packages, then site tasks with matching package and project references.
- Load site milestones, RF is site issues and construction risks with owners and dates.
- Load Timesheets, inspection evidence and submittal reviews with source identifiers; compare approval and triage receipts after rehearsing the workflows.
- Reconcile project and package totals, review access and run the exception cases before opening a live site cycle.
