How do I get started?
Click Get started, then use Proto to configure PM for Event Planning for your business. Begin with one event project, a named coordinator and reviewer, and a package with task lines and readiness work.
What is the main planning record?
A work package holds the subject, owner, project, due date, budget hours, status and revision for a unit of event delivery.
Where do we record task effort?
Each task line holds planned and actual hours, due date, completion date and its parent package.
How do we check venue or supplier readiness?
Submit an event readiness record against the package. The reviewer decides the submission, and critical checklist dependencies clear before completion.
Who accepts delivered work?
A separate Project Reviewer checks completed task lines and shared evidence, then records a decision against the package revision.
Can we keep evidence with the work?
Yes. Record attachments link to the work package and carry an evidence type and visibility choice.
What happens when the plan changes?
The coordinator prepares a successor revision for future unaccepted work. A reviewer decides the change while accepted work and executed evidence remain available.
Where do we find overdue work?
Operations Overview shows overdue open tasks by owner and links back to source records.
How are uncertain operations handled?
Operation receipts carry a result state and expected revision. A reviewer compares linked effects and any external authoritative response before closing the receipt.
Can the team inspect delivery performance?
Compare planned and actual task hours by project, and open the related packages to understand the difference.
