How the model is organised
Production identity
Organizations contains the company; Projects belongs to it and identifies the film or episodic production. Team members belongs to an organization and links to Users.
Work
Work packages belongs to an organization and project and names a team members owner. Tasks and shoot days belong to a work package.
Review and evidence
Record attachments, review decisions and operation receipts attach to work packages. Attachments and decisions also point to team members.

Use organization and project codes to select the intended production. Work packages.record number identifies the scoped work for people, while work packages.Revision and review decisions.source revision keep a decision tied to the material reviewed. Operation receipts.operation key identifies a recorded operation and expected revision identifies its intended source version. Retain parent references when correcting records so an auditor can still follow the source.
Migration order
- Load Organizations and Users, then team members with their organization and user references.
- Load Projects under their Organizations records.
- Load work packages with organization, project and owner references.
- Load Tasks and shoot days beneath their packages.
- Load record attachments, review decisions and operation receipts after the source packages and team members exist.
