• Call sheet distribution. Decide how an approved call sheet revision reaches crew outside the workspace, and retain the revision on its shoot days record.
• Finance. Take package budget hours and task actual hours into the finance process that owns rates, invoices and costs.
• External evidence source. Identify the source that can confirm an external reference on an operation receipt before treating the outcome as verified.

Name an owner for each connection and retain the source identity with the relevant package. A local status or receipt is useful for routing work, but confirmation of an external result comes from the system that owns it. When checking an external result, compare the source reference with the owning system before recording a confirmed outcome.
