How the model is organised

Organization

Organizations contain Projects and team members; team members link to Users.

Operations

Projects link to work packages, which own Tasks and room approvals.

Review and evidence

Work packages own record attachments, review decisions and operation receipts; attachments and decisions point to the participating team member.

Keys and references

Use a stable project Code and package record number when matching imports and handoffs. The package’s Counterparty points to Projects, Owner to team members and Organization to Organizations. Each child record uses Parent to identify its package. A review decision records the source revision, while an operation receipt carries its operation key and expected revision. Keep those identifiers through corrections and retries.

Migration order

  1. Create Organizations and Users, then link team members to their organization and platform identity.
  2. Import Projects with their organization and client site context.
  3. Import work packages with their project, owner, revision and budgeted hours.
  4. Add Tasks, room approvals and record attachments under their parent package.
  5. Preserve review decisions and operation receipts with the revisions and keys they originally refer to.
