Systems to connect
- Client communication. Agree how a client confirms a room decision and how the project team records the relevant acknowledgement alongside the revision and evidence.
- Purchasing system. Use the completed room decision and approved budget as the handoff to the system that manages orders and vendors.
- External authoritative source. When an operation has an external reference, configure the source used to reconcile that reference with local effects.
How connections are governed
Name the source owner, stable identifier and revision policy for each handoff. Keep provider credentials in the approved secret store. A retry with the same operation key should resolve to the same effect; a conflicting key or stale revision needs investigation. Compare an external acknowledgement with the parent package, room decision and recorded receipt before closing the exception.
