What you can do

Evidence and review in daily work

A designer adds files to the parent package and selects internal or shared visibility. The title and evidence type tell the Reviewer what each file supports. A review decisions record names the source revision, reviewer, decision, date, reason and operation key. This separates the work prepared by the delivery team from the decision made by an independent person.

The Reviewer checks the package revision before using any decision as authority. Attachments are linked to the parent package and marked internal or shared; that visibility choice governs which studio audience may use the file. The decision records who reviewed, when, which revision they saw and why they approved, rejected or returned it.

How the work is organized

  • Collect relevant files. Attach design evidence to the parent package with a useful title and evidence type.
  • Check visibility. Decide whether each file is internal or shared before using it in a handoff.
  • Record the decision. The independent Reviewer ties an outcome and reason to the current source revision.

What to agree during setup

Agree which files are shared with the client and which remain internal studio working material. Define what the Reviewer must see before approving a room or accepted work package. Use a stable operation key when an action may be retried. Require a reason for every review decision so a returned package has a clear next step.

Agree which files a Reviewer needs for room and delivery decisions and who may mark an attachment shared. Name a substitute Reviewer for absences while preserving independence from preparation. Decide how a returned package is corrected and resubmitted. Keep the operation key stable across equivalent retries so review does not create duplicate effects.

Check the handoff on an actual case

Prepare evidence for one room package, mark the client-facing file shared and keep a working note internal. Ask the Reviewer to decide the current revision. Change the package revision and confirm the previous decision is still visible but does not authorize the new revision. Rehearse a duplicate review request with the same operation key.

Attach a design drawing and a working note to the same package, then mark only the intended drawing shared. Submit the current package revision for delivery review after its tasks are complete. The Reviewer returns it with a reason. The Designer adds the needed evidence and the Project Manager resubmits the current revision. Confirm the earlier decision remains in the history and that acceptance uses a current independent approval.

What your team sees

  • Reviewer decisions — Outcomes, source revisions, reviewers and reasons.
  • Shared evidence — Files marked for the shared audience on a package.
