Step by step

1. Evidence collection Package Owner

   Package Owner attaches files and records the evidence type, uploader and visibility under the work package.

   • Keeps files and visibility with the package.
   • Updates Record attachments, Work packages

2. Review request Research Coordinator

   Research Coordinator checks that task progress is complete, identifies the package revision and moves active work into Review.

   • Identifies progress and the source revision.
   • Updates Work packages, Tasks

3. Evidence review Independent Reviewer

   Independent Reviewer checks the tasks and attachments against that revision and records Approve, Reject or Return with a reason.

   • Records the independent outcome and reason.
   • Updates Review decisions, Work packages, Record attachments
   ApprovalA person approves before the work moves on.

4. Package acceptance Research Coordinator

   Research Coordinator checks the independent decision and completed task progress before recording the package as Accepted and stamping its acceptance date.

   • Records acceptance after the decision and progress check.
   • Updates Work packages, Review decisions, Tasks, Operation receipts

Package Owner

Supplies evidence; Research Coordinator requests and closes the review; Independent Reviewer makes the human decision; Operations Analyst inspects exceptions.
