   Independent Reviewer compares those details with the package revision, task completion and relevant attachments.

3. Milestone approval Independent Reviewer

   Independent Reviewer approves or rejects the submitted evidence and records the decision and reason against the package revision.

   • Records the independent outcome and operation context.
   • Updates Research milestones, Review decisions, Operation receipts
   ApprovalA person approves before the work moves on.

4. Completion Grant Manager

   The guarded approval path marks the milestone Completed after the independent decision and evidence checks; Grant Manager follows the recorded outcome.
