1. Task execution Package Owner

   Package Owner works through task lines in dependency order, checks each due date and records actual hours as work proceeds.

   • Records actual hours and task completion dates.
   • Updates Tasks, Work packages

2. Progress check Research Coordinator

   Research Coordinator compares the task lines with the package's budgeted hours and reviews work still waiting on a predecessor.

   • Compares effort and identifies unfinished dependencies.
   • Updates Tasks, Work packages

3. Evidence collection Package Owner

   Package Owner attaches study material to the parent package and chooses Internal or Shared visibility for each attachment.

   • Places scoped evidence under the package.
   • Updates Record attachments, Work packages

4. Review request Research Coordinator

   Research Coordinator checks whether task progress is complete and places the package in Review for an independent decision.

   • Presents the selected package revision for review.
   • Updates Work packages, Tasks, Record attachments
