Does an approved application mean space is awarded?

The coordinator checks permit evidence and remaining event capacity before an award. Keep the outcome with the event’s operation receipt.

How are payments checked?

Finance Reviewer checks provider event type, amount, reference and verification flag against the event and admitted quantity.

Where do failed actions appear?

An operation receipt carries the operation key, result state and failure reason. Receipts Needing Attention shows failed and review-needed attempts.

What happens at close?
