Multi-site farms
A farm operating across several locations can use the field code and location to prevent nearby plots from being confused. Each field carries its own status and surveyed area. Tasks identify both the field and crop cycle, while the owner reference names the responsible Team Member. This makes it easier for managers to review work across a wider operating area.
How Precision Agriculture Platform is set up for you

Assigned work

Input history
Link consumption to a task and lot, then record the field application with its applicator.
A farm operating across several locations can use the field code and location to prevent nearby plots from being confused. Each field carries its own status and surveyed area. Tasks identify both the field and crop cycle, while the owner reference names the responsible Team Member. This makes it easier for managers to review work across a wider operating area.
Start with fields at one location and establish a field code pattern that avoids collisions when additional sites are added. Add active crop cycles, operators and current input lots before assigning work. For a feeding task, the manager should confirm the selected cycle belongs to the selected field. Stock Clerk then checks the lot's quantity, unit and expiry before the manager approves task use.
Rehearse the same task at a second location with a different operator. Open My field work under each operator's account and confirm the appropriate assignments are visible. Then compare input use and field applications by location. A record with an incorrect field or applicator should be corrected while the work is still fresh, before the manager uses it in a cross-site review.
Ask the manager to compare the task board by owner and current status after the rehearsal. That review exposes assignments still waiting for approval before another location is added.
