Step by step

1. Record the harvest Field Operator

   Field Operator records harvest date, quantity, unit and grade against the intended crop cycle while the cycle is Harvesting.

   • Places measured quantity, unit and grade on a cycle
   • Updates Harvests, Crop cycles

2. Accept the harvest Harvest Reviewer

   Harvest Reviewer checks the live record and linked cycle, then is named in accepted by for the reviewed quantity.

   • Identifies the reviewer and accepted measured output
   • Updates Harvests, Crop cycles, Team members
   ApprovalA person approves before the work moves on.

3. Review the cycle Farm Manager

   Farm Manager compares harvest details with the cycle's crop, field, dates and completed work before marking it Closed.

   • Closes the crop's operating history
   • Updates Crop cycles, Field operations, Harvests

Field Operator

Enters the harvest; Harvest Reviewer checks and accepts it; Farm Manager reviews cycle close; Admin maintains access.
