Step by step

1. Check the lot Stock Clerk

   Stock Clerk checks input name, lot number, unit, quantity on hand and expiry before the task proceeds.

   • Confirms the intended lot fits the approved work
   • Updates Input stocks, Field operations

2. Record input use Stock Clerk

   Farm Manager approves an eligible task with a checked lot and quantity. The approval records task use and reduces that lot balance once. Field Operator checks the resulting entry.

   • Records task consumption and reduces the checked lot balance
   • Updates Input usage, Input stocks, Field operations

3. Record field application Field Operator

   Field Operator records the input name, quantity, unit, date, field and named applicator.

   • Records what was applied to a field and by whom
   • Updates Input applications, Fields, Team members

Stock Clerk

Maintains lots and checks availability; Farm Manager approves eligible work and its lot use; Field Operator checks the resulting use and records the separate application.
