acts as Requester
Help your purchasing team prepare requests, investigate exceptions and follow up on orders.
An AI agent can assist with the purchasing tasks you configure it to perform. Give it a separate identity and the access needed for its role. Verify its reads and actions against the configured application before enabling it in live work.
The platform skill file introduces ERP.AI’s agent interface. Your implementation supplies the application connection and confirms the available records, reports and actions. Keep credentials in the managed connection, separate from the task prompt.

These are task prompts for a configured application. Published API endpoints and responses must be verified during setup.
External API calls, managed execution and model usage follow the pricing page. Ordinary manual work has no per-user charge; agent access does not make its executions or model usage free.

acts as Requester
Organizes assigned steps and the permitted business justification, proposed purchase amount and supporting evidence. It cannot retrieve protected contract-rate fields on behalf of an Approver who lacks that access.
acts as Approver
Collects approved requests for conversion, prepares RFQ scope, summarizes supplier responses and follows up on acknowledgments or outstanding delivery quantities.
acts as Buyer
Prepares agreement renewal briefs, qualification review queues, price exceptions and proposed eligible reassignments for overdue approvals.
acts as Procurement Manager
Explains movements in open commitment and highlights differences from the budgeting feed at the selected cutoff.
acts as Controller
Required approvals, supplier awards, price exceptions and supplier-status decisions stay with their designated people. An agent cannot expand a spend approval, bypass a matrix step or turn an RFQ award into authority to order. Configure any permitted automated transition explicitly and retain the policy and source revision that justified it. Acting through an agent never removes a conflict of duties or a pricing restriction.
