Assign team members and check their weekly capacity against planned effort. Include an issue and a risk so the team can rehearse exception handling. Decide when task status and time entries will be updated.
Review before release
Walk through a task from Backlog to Done, an Open issue through triage, and a Submitted time entry through approval. Inspect the decision and operation receipt. Have a Reviewer record a delivery decision, then confirm the project owner can find the related work and evidence. Agree who handles blocked work and missed milestones before adding more projects.
