Integrations

• Access. Set up user access for the people who own and review delivery work. Keep staff assignments aligned with those accounts.
• Document storage. Agree where files live and place usable UR ls on the relevant record attachments.
• Finance. If approved hours feed billing or cost accounting, define how time entries and the project delivery method reach that system.

Choose the source of truth for each value before moving data. The project owner should decide who maintains dates and budget, while the time process should keep approved effort separate from submitted or rejected entries. Test a sample document URL and a sample exported approved time entry with the person who will use them. Keep the related record reference available so a later reviewer can trace a handoff.
