A Reviewer can record an Approved, Rejected or Returned decision for a delivery subject. The subject can be a project, work package, task, milestone or deliverable. The decision record holds a reference, date, notes, reviewer and related project. Attachments and operation receipts help the team inspect what was reviewed and which actions completed.
