Run and record work

Daily project work belongs on the task it advances. The team member uses status to show whether work has started, is blocked, awaits review or is complete. Comments provide context for the next person, attachments hold deliverables, and time entries show the hours spent on a particular day. The Project Manager reads those records to decide whether the plan still fits.
