Who it's for

Commercial brokerages

Commercial property work often involves several conversations before the owner authorizes a listing. The app keeps those calls, meetings, emails and tasks on the opportunity, alongside the seller or counterparty account. The property listing is linked to that engagement, so a reviewer sees the proposed address, type, asking price and publication date with the relationship history and supporting files.

How Property Listing Portal is set up for you

Opportunity ownership

A Relationship Owner and expected close date make the current engagement easy to find.

Activity history

Dated tasks and outcomes show what the team agreed before a proposal or negotiation.

Authorization file

Each attachment records its uploader, date, evidence type and visibility.

Revision decision

The Sales Manager decides the submitted listing revision and records a reason.

Choose one organization and one active commercial seller account. Enter an opportunity with expected value and close date, then log the latest conversation as a relationship activity. Prepare one listing with the property details and attach the owner authorization to the opportunity. Have the manager reject a submission whose property type or asking price conflicts with that file. The owner should correct the current draft and submit a new revision instead of editing the earlier decision.

Keep the account code and eligibility note consistent across engagements for the same party. Decide whether an attachment is Internal or Shared when it is uploaded. Before closing the opportunity, supply acceptance or loss evidence and ask an eligible manager to check the current revision. Inspect the operation receipt after the guarded action and investigate any needs review result against the linked records.

Features to start with

Roles on the team

Relationship Owner
Prepare assigned operational records and execute eligible reviewed actions. Own assigned organization and draft scope only; accepted and posted evidence is read-only and every guarded transition is workflow-authorized.
Sales Manager
Review eligible revisions independently and reconcile operational evidence. Approve or reject through guarded actions only; no unrestricted editing of protected or executed records, and a reviewer cannot approve their own submission.
Auditor
Read authorized evidence and reports. Read-only scoped audit with no write or action execution.
App Administrator
Maintain organization configuration and membership. Administrative membership does not confer approval, financial or execution authority, and cannot grant an independent reviewer entitlement.
