Who it's for

Multi-office brokerages

A brokerage operating through several organizations can keep each team's account and listing scope tied to its own organization record. Staff membership identifies the person's organization and role, while an opportunity has its own organization, owner and counterparty. Listings also carry their organization. These references matter when managers review a property record or reconcile an operation across teams.

How Property Listing Portal is set up for you

Organization setup

Name, code, active flag, time zone and currency identify each operating group.

Membership

Team members link a platform user to an organization with a role and time zone.

Scoped engagement

The opportunity's owner, counterparty and organization show who is responsible.

Reviewed publication

A listing decision is checked against the linked engagement and submitted revision.

Set up a pilot organization with its active team members and accounts. Give each imported opportunity the correct owner and counterparty before creating listings. Rehearse an attempt by a Relationship Owner to act outside the assigned organization; the guarded qualification and listing work should reject it. Also rehearse a manager trying to approve their own submission. The decision should come from an eligible independent reviewer.

Use the operation ledger to inspect an action that failed its organization or revision check. Agree how the App Administrator maintains membership without acquiring the Sales Manager's review authority. Once the pilot team can follow an opportunity from qualification through approved listing and outcome, repeat the same process for the next organization. The Auditor can compare the evidence trail without changing the underlying records.

Features to start with

Roles on the team

Relationship Owner
Prepare assigned operational records and execute eligible reviewed actions. Own assigned organization and draft scope only; accepted and posted evidence is read-only and every guarded transition is workflow-authorized.
Sales Manager
Review eligible revisions independently and reconcile operational evidence. Approve or reject through guarded actions only; no unrestricted editing of protected or executed records, and a reviewer cannot approve their own submission.
Auditor
Read authorized evidence and reports. Read-only scoped audit with no write or action execution.
App Administrator
Maintain organization configuration and membership. Administrative membership does not confer approval, financial or execution authority, and cannot grant an independent reviewer entitlement.
