Who it's for

Residential brokerages

A residential brokerage can use an opportunity to hold the seller relationship and a listing to hold the property details. The Relationship Owner records the account, expected close and activity history before a listing goes for review. The Sales Manager sees the submitted revision and its owner authorization before approving it. The same engagement remains available when the customer outcome is recorded.

How Property Listing Portal is set up for you

Seller account

The account code, contact name and address help staff choose the right counterparty for the opportunity.

Property scope

The listing carries street address, asking price, property type and publication date under its parent opportunity.

Independent review

The Sales Manager records the decision, reason and source revision while the owner supplies evidence files.

Exception trail

Operation receipts show whether a guarded action completed or needs further investigation.

Start with one organization and a small set of active seller accounts. Import or enter the current opportunities, assign each to a Relationship Owner and attach the authorization files for one candidate listing. Rehearse a return because the asking price differs from the signed file. Correct the listing and have an independent Sales Manager review the new revision. Then check the listing board and publication calendar for the accepted record.

Agree how staff describe property types and who changes a seller account's eligibility note. Set the publication destination as a separate connection when the brokerage needs an external site. Use the operation receipt to investigate an ambiguous result before retrying any action. A second rehearsal should close one opportunity as Won and another as Lost, keeping the win date or loss reason with the same engagement.
