Listing review and publication

Step by step

1. Prepare listing Relationship Owner

   The Relationship Owner links the listing to its opportunity and organization, then records address, asking price, property type and publication date.

   • Creates property scope under the engagement
   • Updates Listings, Opportunities, Organizations

2. Attach authorization Relationship Owner

   The owner adds files to the parent opportunity, with a title, evidence type, uploader and visibility for each file.

   • Holds the owner files for review
   • Updates Record attachments, Opportunities, Team members

3. Submit listing Relationship Owner

   The Relationship Owner submits the current listing revision. The parent opportunity and the submitted details are checked against the attachments.

   • Freezes the submitted revision
   • Updates Listings, Operation receipts

4. Approve listing Sales Manager

   The Sales Manager compares the frozen revision with its evidence and records Approve, Reject or Return with a reason.

   • Records the independent decision on that revision
   • Updates Review decisions, Listings, Team members
   ApprovalA person approves before the work moves on.

5. Record publication Sales Manager

   The listing's publication date and status remain visible in the board and calendar alongside the approved revision.

   • Keeps the publication record and action result
   • Updates Listings, Operation receipts
