Create your account
Click Get started to open Property Management System. Choose the people who will manage units, review leases, confirm payments and coordinate property work. Keep administrator access with the person responsible for the team’s account and staff setup.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose one property and enter its units, tenant parties and current staff. Add a representative lease with dates, rent and deposit. Prepare its next rent charge, then record a received tenant payment and review the allocation. Add a lease-linked issue, a unit service request and an inspection with evidence so the team can see how property work reaches the correct source.
Review before release
Have a second person trace the case from the unit to the lease, charge, receipt and any allocation. Ask the property coordinator to find the assigned worker for the unit issue and the inspector for the condition record. Check the responsible reviewers for lease terms, payment confirmation and any corrections. Continue to implementation for the wider rollout.
