Prepare the first operating cycle
Select a property with known units, parties and leases. Bring one comparable sale with its address, date, price, area and source reference. Prepare a unit-level adjustment with a reason and amount. If the property has an active agreement, bring a posted charge and a receipt for a payment rehearsal.
Review before release
Have Valuation Reviewer trace the adjusted value to its sale and unit. Have Lease Reviewer check a lease in Review against its unit. Have Receipt Officer match a confirmed receipt to a posted charge for the same tenant. Resolve any wrong reference before expanding to another property.
