Click Get started and use Proto to configure PSA for Construction Projects. Name the people who will manage projects, record field work, review submitted packages, approve milestones and follow progress billing.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose one active owner and project. Enter the contract value, budget hours, dates and manager. Add a site milestone with owner, amount and due date. Have a crew member record a billable package, time entry and expense against the project. Submit a valid package and one that fails a guard, then check each decision and operation result.
Review before release
Approve and invoice the milestone, create its progress billing and record a Received collection. Open Project Margin Desk and compare the project view with the underlying work, time, costs and billing. Confirm who will resolve failed operations and overdue or disputed pay applications before the team uses the app for the next job.
