How a Financial Advisory PSA rollout works

Pilot one engagement through service review, milestone billing and receipt.

  1. Scope the pilot

Choose a current client and engagement, their account owner, engagement manager, owning practice, contract value and budget.

  2. Prepare people and records

Add advisors with rates and capacity; load the related client and engagement history and confirm references.

  3. Rehearse delivery

Submit a valid service line and an incomplete line. Check the approval decision, status and operation receipt for each.

  4. Rehearse billing

Approve a deliverable with amount and engagement, run its invoice operation, then connect a fee billing and confirm collection.

  5. Review economics

Compare delivered and billed amounts in the Engagement Margin Desk and resolve exceptions with the record owners.

What the customer provides

Provide client identifiers, billing terms, engagement dates and values, advisor rates and capacity, milestone amounts and due dates, and the people authorized to review work and collections. Supply a representative set of evidence links and known exceptions for the rehearsal.

Changing it afterwards

When practice ownership, rates or billing terms change, review affected active engagements before editing master records. Keep the earlier review decision and operation receipt for context. Repeat the pilot cases after a workflow or access change. Create the first cycle.
