Delivery review

Submit configuration service lines and trace the approval check. Keep the client and engagement references consistent from first entry to final review. Each handoff has a source record and a named person who can explain the next action.

Step by step

  1. Prepare service line Delivery Consultant

Delivery Consultant records the work date, hours, rate, billable flag and engagement. The engagement identifies the work receiving the charge.

    • Updates Configuration deliverables
  2. Submit deliverable Delivery Consultant

Delivery Consultant moves the line from Draft to Submitted. This starts the approval check.

    • Draft line enters Submitted review
    • Updates Configuration deliverables
  3. Check deliverable Service Reviewer

A billable line with hours and an engagement moves to Approved with a review decision and operation receipt. A line that fails a check stays Submitted with a Failed receipt.

    • Passing line moves to Approved; failed guard leaves Submitted with Failed receipt

  4. Resolve exception Service Reviewer

Service Reviewer follows the receipt reference to the submitted line. The team corrects its inputs before another submission.
