How a PSA for Training and Education Services rollout works
Set up the team, migrate a representative cohort and rehearse approval and billing.
Confirm ownership
Name the account owner, program manager, instructors, session reviewer and billing coordinator. Agree who maintains provider units and staff rates.
Load the foundation
Bring in organizations, instructors and sponsoring clients. Check each staff home organization and client account owner.
Pilot a cohort
Set its client, contract value, budget hours, start date, end date and program manager. Record a delivered session, instructor time and an expense against it.
Rehearse decisions
Submit a billable session with hours and engagement, then inspect the decision and receipt. Repeat with a failed guard so the team knows how correction works.
Rehearse billing
Approve a certificate milestone with amount and engagement, let the approval trigger invoicing, link a tuition billing item and record a confirmed payment.
Review totals
Compare cohort hours, delivered value, cost, gross margin and tuition state with the source agreement before adding more cohorts.
What the customer provides
Provide sponsoring client details and billing terms, provider units, instructor identity and rate information, cohort contracts with dates and budgets, delivered session history, milestones and invoice references. Name the person who will settle each disputed value during import.
Changing it afterwards
Review the source engagement or milestone before correcting a derived total. Keep operation receipts and review decisions available when a failed attempt is retried. Rehearse changed permissions with separate accounts, especially the session reviewer and billing coordinator.
