Click Get started and use Proto to configure Public Grievance System for your organization. Name the service manager and supervisor who will own the first cycle. Review roles before inviting staff.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Choose one service area and bring the current customer and staff lists. Agree on eligibility, priority, service calendar, owner assignment and the channel used for complainant responses. Import a sample ticket with its organization and customer links, then follow its events and evidence. Use the implementation plan to rehearse the handoffs.

Review before release

File a complaint, assign it, send a visible response, pause and resume it, then submit a related grievance case for supervisor review. Check a failed operation receipt and a direct link to an internal attachment. Release only after the responsible people can explain the resulting records and access decisions.

Set up Public Grievance System your way.

Start free, then use Proto to change fields, steps and approvals before your team goes live.
