Create your account

Click Get started to create your ERP.AI account. Use Proto to set up Public Health Surveillance with your team’s patient identifiers, named staff, consent purposes and reporting facility.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Choose one patient, one Licensed Clinician and one Clinical Reviewer. Enter the signed purpose-specific consent, active care-team assignment and verified clinical privilege for the action date. Schedule an encounter, capture an observation and clinical note, then record a condition report against the encounter. Record a vaccination event for a patient and provider only after checking the attribution.

Review before release

Have the reviewer follow the submitted report to its encounter, clinician and patient. Compare case count with the denominator and check the condition code and facility. Resolve any wrong link before validation. Rehearse an Escalated care task and one external handoff if the team uses a notification or immunization destination. Use the implementation plan for the full order of work.
