Choose an organization, a few collection items and one representative loan. Agree item codes, patron references, copy codes, due dates and the evidence needed at issue and return. Follow that loan from request to return, then rehearse an interlibrary request that receives a recorded decision.
Review before release
Open Operations Overview with the team. Confirm that due work, pending decisions and operation exceptions lead back to their linked records. Ask a second staff member to trace the item, loan, custody events, decision and receipt. Check role access and attachment visibility with the people who will use the records.
