Organizations identify agencies; Projects identify counterparties under an organization; team members connect people and Users to the agency.
Operations
Work packages hold the scoped job, owner, revision, due date and hour budget. Tasks are numbered lines beneath a package. Public work inspections record site observations against a package and organization.
Review and evidence
Record attachments hold package files, review decisions preserve reviewer decisions against revisions, and operation receipts preserve guarded action results.
Reference
Exchange rates provide read-only effective currency rates for the app.

Tasks, record attachments, review decisions, public work inspections and operation receipts point back to their parent package. Migration order
- Import Organizations and Projects with their agency references.
