Inspections is the parent for inspection checks and any failure recorded in Nonconformances.
Corrective work
Corrective actions points to the issue it resolves and to its owner in People.
Audit work
Audits holds scope and auditor; audit findings links each requirement and owner back to that audit.
Controlled evidence
Controlled documents carries each revision; training acknowledgments links the document and acknowledging person.
Specialty evidence
PPAP submissions and gauge studies link their operating record to Inspections.
Identity
People links operating assignments to Users.

Keys and references
Inspection number and audit number are human-facing identifiers. The Id fields identify records; references carry the actual parent relationship. A PPAP part number and revision identify the submitted subject but do not replace its operational record reference. A gauge number identifies the instrument described by a study; the study still belongs to its inspection.
Migration order
- Import Users and People, then verify the People.User references.
- Import controlled documents before training acknowledgments and match each acknowledgment to the correct revision.
- Import Inspections before inspection checks, Nonconformances, PPAP submissions and gauge studies.
- Import corrective actions after their parent Nonconformances and owner People exist.
- Import Audits before audit findings and validate auditor and finding-owner references.
- Reconcile status values, dates and attachments on representative cases before broader use.
