Click Get started and use Proto to configure QMS for Automotive for your team. Identify the Inspector, Quality Reviewer and Admin for the first operating case.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose an incoming or in-process inspection with a known subject reference. Enter its requirements and decide which checks need attachments. Add a controlled instruction, if the team uses one, with the right version and effective date. Set the meanings of severity levels and who owns a rejected case.
Review before release
Run one passing and one failing inspection. Confirm an incomplete check cannot be submitted, then have Quality Reviewer make the accept or reject decision. Link the rejected case to a nonconformance and corrective action. Have a different reviewer test effectiveness. Review the queues and reports against the source records before expanding to more work.
